CLI offers an API to execute CLI commands. The {{module}} command checks the
{{JBOSS_HOME}} environment variable which may not be set from a Java client, such as the
maven plugin. The {{module}} CLI handler should also check the {{jboss.home.dir}} property
if the environment variable is not set.
