Jboss 4.20CR1 doesn't have org.jboss.naming.NamingContextFactory included in
jbossall-client.jar. Possible a packaging failure.
A java client application that for example uses the JndiLoginInitialContextFactory as
LoginContext will throw a NoClassDefFoundError for /org/jboss/naming/NamingContextFactory,
because JndiLoginInitialContextFactory extends NamingContextFactory.
