If an user deploys an MDB jar before the security beans kick in, then the lookup for the
security management (java:/securityManagement) will fail with a namenotboundexception.
Since we are trying to move the messaging-service.xml to messaging-beans.xml, this issue
will probably not exist for a long term.
But for now, we need the following depends on
