Yes, try the lab-preferences example, and set up your browser preferences language to
something else than english or french. Then try to display the portlet.

On a swedish computer (Swedish Windows XP with IE) if you use the resource bundles to
localized your title and only provide the english property file, the portlet displays an
error message saying thet it cannot find the resource bundle. (The portlet doesn't
support swedish)
