This issue is resolved by the PR [1] submitted for WFLY-7575.

A duplicate resource failure followed by removing {{filters}} attribute in
{{/subsystem=elytron/mechanism-provider-filtering-sasl-server-factory=elytron}} and reload
results in server boot failure.
