Howard, we should get this fixed for the 1.4.0.SP3_CP05 release. It should be pretty
straight forward.

Messages scheduled for delivery in the future are not correctly removed when the JMX
operation removeAllMessages() is called.
As soon as the Application Server is restarted (or the queue is restarted) the messages
are reloaded from the database and requeued.
