DuplicateClientIDTest::testNotDuplicateClientID fails for this. This is the failing scenario: c0 = cf.createConnection("dilbert", "dogbert"); c1 = cf.createConnection(); c1 can't be created as the CF will use the same pre-configured ID from dilbert.
