From tooling I'm more interested to knowing *actual* status of
deployments such as:
Is it running ?
Did it deploy - any warnings? any errors ? stacktraces ?
Inner/nested details that arquillian is asking for is nice but i'm much more
interested in getting status for deployment overall first with access to error info.
