The GossipRouter expires all entries after some time, because the clients (GossipClient
in TCPGOSSIP) don't refresh their registrations. The reason is that the refresh task
in the GossipClient was not started, as handleConnectOK() is *not* called anymore
(handleConnect() *is*).
