The code reads: if (trustManagerFactoryProvider != null) trustManagerFactory = TrustManagerFactory.getInstance(algorithm, trustStoreProvider); else trustManagerFactory = TrustManagerFactory.getInstance(algorithm); I think it should read: if (trustManagerFactoryProvider != null) trustManagerFactory = TrustManagerFactory.getInstance(algorithm, trustManagerFactoryProvider); else trustManagerFactory = TrustManagerFactory.getInstance(algorithm);
