This has been done.
The context classloader of whoever registered the deployer is now remembered
and used during deploy/undeploy().
Additionally, pojo deployments create their beans using the classloader
of the deployment if no classloader is explicitly configured.
Deployers should run with the context classloader of whoever
registered them
