Already checked:
* it's not caused by firmware version (compared b09 and b10)
* it's not caused by BIOS version or settings (compared b09 and b10)
* not caused by kernel version (b09 and b10 running 3.10.0-862.3.2.el7.x86_64)
* not caused by disk partitioning (b04 and b01 have the same)

Following blades do not boot up correctly without acpi=off:

This was already reported to eng-ops [1] for b09 but now the issue is visible again.
