It was checking the readonly property on an asset level too, there was none so nothing
showed up.

I've created a user and assigned him the analyst.readonly role for myNewCategory
(screen1).
Then I log in as this user and see the category but I don't see any rules (screen2).
OTOH when I assign a user the analyst role, I can see all the rules which have
myNewCategory assigned.
