As commented on JBCLUSTER-116, at this point, I don't plan to convert this.
HASessionState has some semi-distributed-locking code that is hard to reproduce in JBC.
Not sure if it's really doing much, but "if it ain't broke, don't fix
it." We'd need to fix it for 5.0.0.CR1 or it's an incompatible change in a
later release, and I don't see us having the cycle to do it for 5.0.0.CR1.

Currently Bill has implemented ejb3.0 SFSB using JBossCache. We can port that
implementation back to EJB2.1 in jboss-head and 4.0.x.
This is desired for the future release of ejb3/j2ee1.5 such that we only need to have
consistent configuration.
