Thanks for the research, then
from the UI automations need, I will suggest the
Option C) Bookinfo2 without gateway and any traffic. Just a services with envoy. Because
UI tests need them only for some CRUD operations on Istio Objects.
Is this option possible?

Currently our
https://jenkins2.bc.jonqe.lab.eng.bos.redhat.com:8443/job/bookinfo-operator/
jenkins job allows to create only one bookinfo namespace.
But UI Automation framework requires bookinfo2 namespace for parallel running.
