Per discussions with Dimitris and the ESB team, the upgrade should be to Remoting
2.2.2.SP1. The changes for JBREM-653 and JBREM-750 have been applied to branch
remoting_2_2_0_GA, from which Remoting 2.2.2.GA was released. Just waiting to see the
related unit test results on cruisecontrol before tagging the branch remoting_2_2_2_SP1.
