Brian, there was a good chance the the
<class-loading>
<loader-repository>jboss.web:loader=testHA</loader-repository>
</class-loading>
was simply not working before and the tomcat webloader was used, which is scoped anyway.
After the JBAS-4373 fix, the above works and yields the jboss unified classloader that is
scoped again, but this one is not restartable for the test to work.
So I've removed the above entry from the test. I'm waiting for the next test run
to verify it works.
