I know. I'm on the Mojarra announcements list. 2.1.11 was released about two hours
after I did the pull request for our fork of 2.1.10.
Anyway, I'll see about getting 2.1.11 in there. 2.1.10 is in both 7.1 and master
branches now.

JBossAS 7.1.2 provides Mojarra 2.1.7. Meanwhile there is 2.1.9 at
https://maven.java.net/content/repositories/releases/com/sun/faces/jsf-api and
https://maven.java.net/content/repositories/releases/com/sun/faces/jsf-impl.
