They do recover by making a new connection.
However, it does cause an extra unnecessary connection, and an ERROR level log for a valid
use case.

When a new view is received, BasicConnectionTable.retainAll kills all connections to
servers not in that view.
This includes valid connections to members still in the process of connecting.
