converter.sh is part of IronJacamar 1.1 -

The documentation for installation references scripts that do not exist. Documentation
says.
Download IronJacamar from here: http://www.jboss.org/ironjacamar/downloads/ .
Unzip the file into a directory of your choice.
The converter script can be found in the IRONJACAMAR distribution in the following
locations:
Linux script: IRONJACAMAR_HOME/docs/as/converter.sh
Windows batch file: IRONJACAMAR_HOME/docs/as/converter.bat
The converter.sh and converter.bat do not exist in that directory
