An example might look like this: unsecured web app (RunAs: JBossAdmin) -> unsecured HelloBean EJB -> secured GoodBye EJB (RolesAllowed: JBossAdmin) This will fail as the unsecured ejb causes the RunAs identity to get dropped/lost.
