The problem is all ThreadInfo.getLockOwnerId()/getLockOwnerName() are a no-op on all the
jdks I tried, returning -1/null, so I added the implementation, but then commented it out
since no useful output is produced.
When jdk support comes, uncomment the implentation.

The current thread dump shows what object a thread is waiting on but it does not show
which thread currently owns the lock.
Add getLockOwnerName for each thread output.
