[~pkremens] Just to clarify the vague description: (1) tests did not run at all previously
by default and never run in CI (2) tests were incorrect (3) tests are run when passed the
intermittent flag (-Djboss.test.enableIntermittentFailingTests=true) which should be run
by QE.
