I've no idea what caused that, other than that I doubt it was your change, since a
bunch of non-web clustering tests failed. I was doing ASPATCH issues yesterday for the
monthly deadline, so ignored it 'til today in hopes whoever broke it would fix it.
Appears it was fixed. But, your removing the loader-repository didn't seem to fix the
state transfer test; it's still failing.
I'm going to switch the test today to use undeploy/deploy instead of stop/start.
