With the latest scanning filters the boot time has improved.
On my mid-range XP laptop I"m seeing.
minimal < 7secs
web < 20secs
default < 30secs
all < 50 secs

Boot time has gone up by 60% causing testsuite timeouts.
On my laptop the boot time for default & all have gone up from 30 & 50 secs to 50
& 80 secs respectively.
We need to find out why.
