Copy from the class MemoryUseProblemStatistic on how to hook it up.
Like in MemoryUseSingleStatisticListener, it should listen to stepEnded to get
AbstractStepScope, cast that to LocalSearchStepScope, which should have the
acceptedMovesSize and selectedMoveSize.
