Done,
1. Rules are hot by redploying a new jbossesb.rules.jar and setting on the
rulesReload="true" flag. (this is off by default)
2. Transformations can be updated using JMS (Through the console).
3. Actions are hot by simply redeploying now that the threading issue is fixed.
