Resolution: Won't Fix
I'm marking this as "won't fix", because the way it works is as
intended: when depending on a module, if you want their services they must be imported
explicitly. It is not practical to traverse the module dependency graph to do this
automatically.

Deploying JSF component libraries (like primefaces and other) as AS/ module does not
work. The JSF runtime does not find the compontent library.
That's rather bad, because modules are the only way to share jar's across the
whole server.
