The JMX interface does not allow changes to the post office property failoverOnNodeLeave
once the post office is initialized. It seems that removing this restriction is both safe
and helpful. Allowing it would give administrators better flexibility in deciding what
should happen when a JBM cluster node is shutdown normally.
