EJB3.1 spec introduces a "inherited" attribute for @ApplicationException (and
its xml equivalent). Section 14.2.1 of EJB3.1 spec has the details of this attribute. The
metadata for supporting this is ready (JBMETA-304). We just need to add support in the
containers during exception handling.
