The non-regexp proved faster in Java. You might want to consider translating the
non-regexp to JS too, if that helps performance also for JS to avoid regexp in JS.
From my perspective you can copy/paste code, the issue will be for the
client to keep these copy-pasted code aligned eventually.

Further to the discussion on https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBPM-7117 the DMN marshaller
should remove white-space from {{Name}} values when loading and saving a model.
