Design → Projects → [select project] → *Create New Asset* → Work Item *Definition*
But should be:
Design → Projects → [select project] → *Add Asset* → Work Item *definition*

The hint for Work Item Definition creation in GDT column wizard is obsolete. Project UI
does not more contain items as Authoring and Project Authoring.
