This patch should be applied on DroolsCompilerAntTask.java
It modifies the main execute() method to call loader.resetThreadContextLoader();
I can write some tests if needed.

DroolsCompilerAntTask.java sets the thread context class loader but it is never sets it
back to its original state. This causes problems in subsequent ant task running in the
same thread.
