Description: Analog of WFLY-7487, but for the optional default channel attribute of
the JGroups subsystem. (was: The management operations specified in the description for:
https://issues.jboss.org/browse/WFLY-7486
... should fail during model validation due to a missing capability, since the
default-cache was not defined. However, the commands will succeed, even though the
singleton policy will fail at runtime due to a missing service dependency.)
