I have commented an assertion on MultiThreadFailoverTest::multiThreadFailover and
re-enabled testMultiThreadFailoverSeveralThreads...
This test can run.. but we should ignore the assertion. I would prefer to keep the test as
it would catch possible problems besides the counters.
