I changed the implementation to JSF-1.2_04RC1 in order to get the newest bug fixes in the
jsf-libs directory - I don't bundle the files.
I think the logging issue is related to that JSF-RI won't deploy a WAR under the
'/' context -- I'm looking into making a test file.

Currently the JSF-1.2 implementation isn't configured by default to use the JBoss
logging framework.

It would be great if this could be included such that each application doesn't have

Please note that the JSF-1.2 implementation have been switched with the JSF-1.2_04RC1
