Look at line 75 of DefaultBetaConstraint: notice the (depth <= this.indexed). This
will always evaluate to false. It should be this.indexed < depth
This bug and the one reported here (http://jira.jboss.com/jira/browse/JBRULES-1101) make
sure that indexing is not used at all.
