Log4j 2 support "asynchronous loggers" as distinct from asynchronous
handlers/appenders, which move the work to another thread sooner. Details are on
https://logging.apache.org/log4j/2.x/manual/async.html#Performance
We should consider whether that idea would provide any performance benefit for JBoss
LogManager.
