Presently the Bootstrap start/prepareShutdown/shutdown methods take a:
Server<K, T>
...where:
<K extends Server<K, T>, T extends ServerConfig<T>>
...really they need to take a "K" directly.
AbstractServer will need some additional support so it may pass "this" to be
represented as type K.
