Generally I don't have jboss-logging-log4j.jar in my classpath but I see an error that org/apache/log4j/Priority is not found. Application doesn't terminate but such an error is highly undesirable. I check to be sure it is not in classpath by Thread.currentThread().setContextClassLoader(this.getClass().getClassLoader()); Thread.currentThread().getContextClassLoader().loadClass("org.jboss.logging.log4j.Log4jLoggerPlugin"); It throws java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: org.jboss.logging.log4j.Log4jLoggerPlugin I don't need any logging and need to have logging somehow disabled or silent in the most non-disruptive way.
