The back end is done ;)
One constraint is that only 1 window can be set as maximized.
But several windoes can be set as minimized.
Adapt the admin portlet to let the user set a default window state

We'll need to be able to define which window (if any) of a page should be maximized
when a window opens, we'll also need to define if a window must first be displayed as
minimized.
