that would indeed be a nice to have feature, but it's not in our current priorities.
we're open for all backwards compatible contributions in that area.

Holidays, business hours are currently supplied to JBPM via a properties file. It would
be nice to have a programattic way to add, modify these without having to edit the
properties file.
