FYI, I updated it to support specifiying the tag like you normally would now, and it
should display the correct tag in the list too, so either way will work now.
Include the wildfly-openssl s390 binding

The wildfly-openssl project include s390 bindings; we should include them.

The code was there for the 1.0.8 release but it doesn't look like that variant was
built and pushed to nexus:
