I set this in trunk so that junit.jvm defaults to ${java.home}/bin/java (r92984). This
should cause JUnit to always use the same jvm as Ant in both Windows and Linux.

Currently forked junit tests are executed with the wrong jvm. It just uses the
'java' from the $PATH. Although the jvm specified in $JAVA_HOME should to be used.
