Description: The ModClusterService is reading the model incorrectly.
dynamic-load-provider and simple-load-provider are not nested within a separate
load-metric node. (was: All load metrics in mod_cluster require the mbean server to work.
However, the mod_cluster subsystem leverages a new CatalinaEventHandlerAdapter
constructor that does not provide mod_cluster with a reference to the mbean server, thus
none of the load metrics work.)
