That's something that the product team decides. Typically a bugzilla
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/ issue is to be created for issues that need to be addressed
for EAP6. The product team (including the PM, QA and Dev) then decides the severity,
urgency of such issues and also the timeline on when it has to be delivered to the
customers.
