I thought its about something else :) Its ok. The service is constructed in the way to not slowdown a portal so it can produce little inacurrate results. The thing is user activities are processed concurrently in a queue. They also go thru jmx notifications (to enable propagation in cluster environment). This all increase latency. If you logout and your user is still reported as "online" just after - its ok.
