use xsd:all instead of xsd:sequence to have a bag of configuration properties.
added containers <acceptors>, <connectors>, etc. to hold the element which can
appear multiple times in the configuration

Currently, our XML schema mandates properties order: eg. <foo /> must be after
<bar /> even if the properties are not related.
This makes it very difficult to add properties since you must now how to position them in
the configuration files (and XML validation errors do not help)
It'd be better to have bags of properties which could be in any order.
