Dimtiris, maybe you want to take a look if the same problem also exists for windows or
assign that to someone else to verify?
I've just added -Djunit.jvm=\"$JAVACMD\" to tools/ant so that the correct
jvm is used.

Currently forked junit tests are executed with the wrong jvm. It just uses the
'java' from the $PATH. Although the jvm specified in $JAVA_HOME should to be used.
