Using the CompositeKnowledgeBuilder to build a DSL and a DSLR like it follows:
kbuilder.batch()
.add( ResourceFactory.newClassPathResource( "test_expander.dsl",
getClass() ),
ResourceType.DSL )
.add( ResourceFactory.newClassPathResource(
"rule_with_expander_dsl.dslr", getClass() ) ,
ResourceType.DSLR )

the DSL expansion is not executed.
